Silberhorn Management is dedicated to identifying and developing opportunities to nurture the next generation of directors, writers and actors. We’ve created two main avenues to achieve this goal.

OpenRole

• Through an online platform, we aim to connect talent at the most prolific performing arts colleges around the world and give them a tool to grow their network, collaborate, connect with industry employers. In doing so, students & graduates will have more connections, create better content and have access to more opportunities.

Slate

• Our access to top tier emerging talent from OpenRole has allowed us to aggregate the next generation of writers/directors and create a slate of projects that represent the next generation of Hollywood. Contact us to have a look at their work!
